ISO 9001 – 2015: Quality Management System ISO 10001 – 2007: Quality Management – Customer Satisfaction – Code of Conduct ISO 10002 – 2014: Quality Management – Customer Satisfaction – Complaints Management ISO 26000 – 2010: Corporate Social Responsibility
